Every service is quoted individually after a free on-site assessment, based on the size and scope of your organisation. The quotation is written down, valid for 30 days, and has no hidden costs.

Do I need to buy hardware to use these services?

No. Services like a business website or GRA E-VAT readiness work with the phone or computer you already have. Hardware bundles are a separate, optional add-on for organisations that need new equipment.

How long does setup take?

A business website typically takes 1–2 weeks from the free assessment to launch. Go-digital setup and GRA E-VAT readiness are usually completed within a few days, including staff training.

Do you support businesses outside Accra?

Yes. We're based in Accra and visit organisations across Accra and the wider Greater Accra region in person; remote setup and support is available further afield in Ghana.

What happens after setup — do you just disappear?
